These doors can only be found in the deeper parts of the caves. Once three items have been placed the player can fit through the door opening upon which the doors will swing open fully. It can be accessed just before the papyrus boss battle. Glyde can be encountered in this room before fighting papyrus.

The ferryperson mentioned something along the lines of if you go behind someone s house you might be mistaken for trash i decided to spend some time looking and found that you can walk behind papyrus s house and pressing z while back there causes an it s locked message to pop up.

The door which bears the delta rune is surrounded by glowing mushrooms and floating particles. The optional mystery door is a locked door in snowdin forest.
